Yields: 15 cookies

These oatmeal biscuits are soft, chewy, and full of banana flavor! The recognizable comfy spices and plump blueberries make these even more irresistible. They will keep for at least one week if stored in an airtight container in the fridge --should they last that long!

1 cup (100g) instant oats (fermented if essential and quantified like that )

3/4 cup (90g) whole wheat or fermented * flour (quantified like that )

1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup (63g) mashed banana

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup (120mL) pure maple syrup

1/4 cup (40g) raisins

In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowlwhisk together the butter or coconut oil, mashed banana, and vanilla. Add the flour mixture, stirring only until incorporated.

Preheat the oven to 325°F, and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.

With a spoon and spatula, drop the cookie dough into 15 curved scoops on the sheet, and apply to the desired depth and width using Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies - Averie Cooks a spatula. Bake at 325°F for about 10-12 minutes.
